01 // Terms & conditions

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The online store available at https://www.kvazi.pl is operated by the Seller, Piotr Kolasa, conducting an unregistered business activity - pursuant to Art. 5 of the Polish Act of 6 March 2018 — Entrepreneurs’ Law. Place of business: ul. Fabryczna 2, 45-349 Opole.

  2. The Store’s support can be contacted by e-mail: [email protected] and by phone: +48 884 034 245.

  3. These Terms define the rules for using the Store, including the rules for concluding distance sales contracts whose subject are drone parts and accessories (in particular carbon FPV frames, mounting screws, and components made using 3D printing technology from TPU material), the rights and obligations of the parties, and the complaint-handling procedure.

  4. Definitions:

    • Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the Store.
    • Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with an entrepreneur (the Seller) not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
    • Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly connected with their business activity, where the content of that contract shows it is not of a professional nature for them.
    • Product – a movable item available in the Store that is the subject of a Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller (including carbon FPV frames together with screws and optional 3D prints made from TPU material).

§ 2. Placing orders

  1. The Store conducts retail sales over the Internet. Products are delivered to the countries indicated in the order form (cart) at the time the order is placed.

  2. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  3. Purchases in the Store are made exclusively without the need to create a user account (guest checkout).

  4. A condition of placing an order is reading and accepting these Terms by ticking the appropriate box in the order form.

  5. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for fulfilment.

§ 3. Prices, payments and proof of purchase

  1. All Product prices shown in the Store are final prices, expressed in Polish currency (PLN). Where payment is made from accounts held in foreign currencies, any currency conversion is carried out directly by the payment operator (Stripe) or the Customer’s financial institution, in accordance with their internal terms and exchange-rate tables.

  2. The Seller conducts an unregistered business activity and benefits from the subjective VAT exemption. The Seller does not issue VAT invoices, and the order form does not contain a field for entering a NIP (tax ID) number. A named proof of purchase (receipt) is issued for every order.

  3. Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated dynamically in the cart depending on the selected method and country of delivery.

  4. The Store supports electronic payments (including payment cards, BLIK, and Przelewy24) processed via the payment operator Stripe. The current list of available payment methods is presented to the Customer in the cart each time an order is placed.

  5. The Customer is obliged to make payment promptly after placing an order. The Product is reserved for the duration of the payment process, approximately 60 minutes — this is for informational purposes only. The order is confirmed and the contract becomes effective only once the Seller receives confirmation that payment has been made.

§ 4. Delivery

  1. Order shipping is carried out via the Furgonetka.pl service (offering the services of various carriers and courier companies).

  2. The cost and estimated delivery time are calculated and presented to the Customer in the cart before the order is finally placed.

  3. The order preparation time before dispatch is 2–5 business days. The total waiting time for the Product consists of the preparation time and the delivery time by the chosen carrier.

§ 5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

  1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, took physical possession of the Product.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement. The fastest way is to use the withdrawal portal, which automatically generates a durable-medium confirmation of receipt of the statement. Equally valid is completing the model withdrawal form or sending a statement in any form by e-mail to: [email protected].

  4. The goods must be returned to the address: ul. Budowlanych 101A, 45-123 Opole, Poland, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Customer informs the Seller of the withdrawal.

  5. The direct cost of returning the Product (the cost of sending it back) is borne by the Customer.

  6. The Seller returns to the Customer all payments received, including the cheapest delivery cost offered in the Store, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund is made using the same payment method the Customer used, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back.

§ 6. Non-conformity of goods with the contract (complaints)

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver a Product that conforms with the contract and is liable for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms set out in the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act (in particular Chapter 5a). The provisions of this section referring to the Consumer apply correspondingly to an Entrepreneur with consumer rights.

  2. If a non-conformity of the Product with the contract is found, the Consumer has the right to demand, in the first place, its repair or replacement.

  3. If repair or replacement is impossible or would require excessive costs, the Consumer may submit a statement on reducing the price or withdrawing from the contract (provided the defect is material).

  4. Complaints should be directed to the e-mail address: [email protected] or in writing to the Seller’s address, stating a description of the defect and the demand.

  5. The Seller will respond to the complaint request promptly, no later than within 14 days of receiving it.

  6. The Seller’s liability for non-conformity of the Product with the contract does not cover mechanical damage arising during the Customer’s use of the Product (in particular resulting from collisions, falls, or FPV drone crashes) or the natural wear of consumable materials, including components made using 3D printing technology from TPU material.

§ 7. Electronic services

  1. Using the Store requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, with cookies and JavaScript enabled.

  2. The Seller provides the following services by electronic means: browsing the Product catalogue, using the order form (cart), and using the withdrawal portal. These services are free of charge and do not require creating a user account.

  3. The Customer is prohibited from supplying unlawful content.

  4. Complaints concerning the functioning of the electronic services (e.g. malfunction of the Store, the order form, or the withdrawal portal) should be directed to the e-mail address: [email protected]. This complaint procedure concerns only the functioning of the electronic services and is separate from the non-conformity complaint procedure for Products described in § 6.

§ 8. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law apply. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded to them under the mandatory provisions in force in their country of habitual residence.

  2. The Consumer has the option of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. The rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organisations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, and the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection (WIIH).

  3. These Terms enter into force on 2026-07-13.
